The Board of Directors of MAS Financial Services at its meeting on 6 June 2022 approved the allotment of 1000 Rated Senior Secured Listed Transferable Redeemable Principal Protected market linked non-convertible Notes denominated in Indian Rupees each having a nominal value of Rs 10,00,000 totaling to Rs 100 crore on a private placement basis.
