CHICAGO, Sept. 14, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Chicago Atlantic Real Estate Finance, Inc. (NASDAQ: REFI) (“Chicago Atlantic” or the “Company”), a commercial mortgage real estate investment trust, announced that its Board of Directors of the directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.47 per share for the third quarter of 2022. The dividend, which represents an annualized rate of $1.88 per common share, is payable on October 14, 2022 to shareholders of record at the closing of operations on September 30, 2022.
Chicago Atlantic also provided details of the release of its results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2022. The Company plans to issue its earnings announcement before the market opens on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 and will host a conference call later that day at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Interested parties can webcast the conference call live on Chicago Atlantic’s Investor Relations website at https://investors.refi.reit/news-events/events or participate by phone by registering using this online form.
